Nerve.com, one of the Internet’s earliest sites to focus on the intersection of the erotic and the literate, was thoughtful enough to assign Alison Gaylin to write about us: http://goo.gl/rtB64y. Only wish it was warmer out, so we could use it as a recruiting tool!
And no, that photo above isn’t us reading the article today. If it were, there’d be more snow than grass on the ground. But we like to remember the warmer days of summer. Only a few more months to go…
you feel Spring yes I see – happy you
Oh ladies…February is the cruelest month after all. Thank goodness you have brightened my day and month!!
Is that a Leica III series I see in picture No. 2?
A Rolleiflex.
A Rolleiflex is kind of a rectangular box with two lenses, one for viewing, one for exposing the film, on the front. The image I’m seeing, https://coedtoplesspulpfiction.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/img_3063.jpg, lower right-hand corner, looks to be a Leica IIIf or IIIg with a collapsible lens.
Your camera, your image, of course. But I was pleased to see someone has a taste for old classic cameras, and that sure looks like a Leica.
Oh, you know what? You may be right, that does look like a Leica. I didn’t look closely at the picture, just remembered (incorrectly, I guess) that she was shooting with a Rolleiflex that day…
She used the Rolleiflex (another classic!) to make that image, apparently. I should have added that the image itself, as well as the others, is a delight, as always. If she or the Leica owner made any images with the Leica I’d love to see those as well.
I meant on the ground in front of her. Not the light meter.
BTW ladies…I got a copy of your wonderful book. Very nice and a true work of art. Thanks for all you do!
Opening petals of buds
As always I applaud these actions. It is ethically good, aestheically beautiful, and legally freeing! When I get to NYC, I’ll join you!
Let’s all repost this on the first nice weekend of the year. I remember discovering Nerve.com years ago,and they’re very well-respected,hopefully it’ll encourage some people to try out their freedom this year.
Looking forward to Spring Flowers and lovely lasses exerting their topless freedom.
love the idea of total freedom
Ah, spring is in the air and the first petals have begun to . . . Hey! Is that a snowflake ?!?
oh wait. I think I saw you guys at Madison Square Park a while back. I was wondering what was going on.
